1. Create your Account and Sign in
- Click on the person icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- Sign in with Google or Facebook, or select Register here! from the bottom of the sign in form and sign up without Google or Facebook.
- Login with your account.
2. Complete your Profile
Navigate to your profile page in the dashboard.
For you to be able to list properties you have to have the following fields filled in on your profile:
- Upload Profile Photo first.
- Then complete First Name, Last Name, WhatsApp Number, Email, and Website.
- If you do not have a website, you can put listados.net for now, then we will update it to your custom Listados profile address.
- Click Update Profile.
3. Contact us to upgrade you to an Agent
- Visit the Agent Upgrade Page and follow the instructions to contact the office.
- Customer support will verify your account then activate your account to list properties.
4. Post your First Property
- Navigate to your profile page in the dashboard.
- Click the Add Listing button in the dashboard.
- Fill in all of the required fields in red.
- You can fill in all fields now; however, we advise saving the ad and going back later to fill in the rest of the property information.
- For the map icon to work, you must use the map to drop a pin on the location of the property. Please note it takes 24 hours for the ad to show on the map.
- Add pictures for your property.
- Press Add Property on the bottom of the page.
- Finish posting the ad by clicking Post Now under My Listing in your dashboard.
5. Bulk Import Properties
If you have several properties ready, use our bulk import instructions and XLSX example file instead of entering each property one at a time.
Open the Bulk Import Properties page to download the example file and see the required fields.
We can also import properties from ANY site where you already have them posted now. Contact the office on WhatsApp and we will review the best import path.
